Payment failed error purchasing gift card

Trying to purchase a gift card from the Spotify site for a party tonight but I am getting "payment failed. try again." error. I have tried 2 different cards and both cards are fine so it must be a problem with your system. I am hoping to get this resolved as I can't go empty handed.

I ended up going out to Best Buy and using my credit card there.

I don't know about you but I get offended by these canned responses that recommend the simplest things like checking to make sure that I entered my information correctly or is my card canceled. Really?
