Payment failed from Free to Premium

Payment failed from Free to Premium








 Hi, I am unable to pay for Spotify Premium using Visa (It just says Payment Failed. Try again, or use a different payment method) despite getting clearance from the credit card company and also the same card I used for subscription before.


On other devices and apps which require the same credit card payment are still working and before this is was already a Spotify Premium user. Could you help me with this?

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.

I'd also recommend trying this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might be worth trying another device.
