Payment failed issue

Hi! I really need your help regarding my subscription in this app. I already subscribed to premium account which cost me 129 pesos for a month. After 2 days of using the premium account I was notified that I need to update/fix my payment issue or subscribtion since it failed. I have the receipt of the subscription, I’m upset because I couldn’t get the service that I paid for. Is there a way to request a refund? Can you please help me out? On how to fix this? Thanks!

Let's make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts following these steps. You could've upgraded the wrong account, which is why this is happening.
