More months on end I've had this same problem attempting to obtain premium. Everytime I try to sign up, I get an error message saying, "payment failed, please try again later." I have tried to get premium on different bank cards and on different accounts, but no luck. I live in South Africa and I'm not sure if it's a national problem. Could someone please help me as I am losing hope. (Yes I did go through contacting support and the payment troubleshooting methods.) P.S. I have contacted my bank and everything that side has been confirmed okay, online payments are set up for the cards and they are not blocking spotify payments.

So after trying a card I've tried before in the past on another account it appears to have worked. Big struggle but I'm glad it's sorted. Thank you for your help.
