My Question or Issue

Hey guys,

today when opening my spotify i got shown a message that says something along the lines that i have to renew my payment method because of issues when paying the money. When I went to renew my subscription on paypal they told me they will take 190.15€ from me(1 year of family membership) which confuses me since it's supposed to be payed every month.

Would you mind sharing with us a screenshot of the page where you're asked to pay 190.15 EURO for the Premium Family subscription renewal? 

 

It will help us look into this in greater detail so that we can handle this together.

 

As a heads-up, it'd be great if you'd double-check that any personal sensitive data is hidden in the screenshot.
