My Question or Issue

So I want to update my payment method to the new one, but it doesn't work. Because of that I hadn't paid for my family subscription and decided to fix it by cancelling it completely and starting a new one, unfortunately it didn't work and simply constantly writes 'payment failed' I've tried almost everything what was recommended by community like using incognito, different browsers and cleaning cookies but nothing is working. Internet payments are on, there is enough money for more han 2 subscriptions and just waiting for 2 days is really annoying

I'd suggest checking the payment methods help page to make sure your using a suitable method for the plan your trying to subscribe to.

 

In addition, please use this payment troubleshooting as it has all answers needed to solve the issue in hand.
