Payment failure, prepaid visa

Everytime I try to enter payment for premium it won’t accept the card, saying payment failed. I have tried two different cards with the same results.

Let's make sure your payment meets the requirements on the picture attached to this post. You might need to contact your bank to make sure it does.

Once you confirm the card meets the requirements, I suggest clearing your browser's cahce and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser altogether.

I have the same problem, unfortunately. Nothing of the above helps me. So actually... This prevent me from being a future loyal customer. Too bad for both of us 😕
