My Question or Issue

Hi, I´ve been trying to make the payment for Premium subscription but I keep receiving a message saying "Payment error. Please try again or use a different payment" 

- I already tried with 4 different credit cards

- I already call my bank and they say that they accept the payment but Spotify cancels it.

- I already tried canceling subscription and subscribe again.

- I already tried incognito web browser.

 

Nothing is working. It´s been more than a month without Spotify.

Do you mind trying to sign up to Premium from your mobile phone or from another device?

 

If that doesn't work, then could you create a new (free) account and try subscribing from there?
