My Question or Issue

 I've tried to upgrade to spotify premium multiple times in the app and used two different cards as it instructed when the first failed. Neither went through but when I checked through help it said you accepted prepaids. Am I missing something? Please help. Thank you

I'm sorry about that. Could you please try again, this time using different browsers in your computer instead of your mobile? Don't forget to clear cache/cookies before.
