Payment for premium

Hello

Since October I cannot pay my payment on the site for the premium like I use to do and i don’t understand why. I’ve already contacted my bank and there is no problem from their side, I haven’t change the card. Last time I’ve payed for my premium was in September since then it doesn’t work. 

How can I find a solution to fix this ?
