Payment, for two plans but I only have one

In April this year I upgraded my plan from premium to family. But for the first time today did I noticed that you have been charging for both the plans, since then, 99 SEK and 149 SEK. I have also done everything you recommended, like control my plans and then it says that I only have one and that it is the premium. Looking forward to hear from you.
