My Question or Issue

 Hiya. I had Premium, for personal use, but now, we, the family, have Premium Family. But just now still 9,99€ was taken from my bank account.

 

On my invoice it says that I just have the Premium account, but when I look at Premium for Family, it says that my account is a part of the family pack. 

 

So, how can I get a refund, and will this happen every month now?
