My Question or Issue

Hey! So I got a notification on Spotify saying “your payment has failed” and that I would lose my premium soon. As advised, I tried to update my payment details but it still keeps on saying “payment has failed”. What should I do?

We suggest you give it another try, but this time in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.
