Payment help



I been using spotify premium for probably a year now. All I wanted to do was change my credit card info since my number changed. I haven't been able to do it. When I talked to spotify live chat, they cancelled my subscription without my permission. They claimed if I cancelled it, I would be able to enter my new card information easily. It will not accept my new information still, and I know the card is working fine. I have used to the card to change the payment info on 4 other subscription services. So I feel like something is wrong with spotify accepting my card. I do not have another card to use for spotify, and the rest of my premium month ends on June 27th. I'd really like to keep spotify premium, but there isn't anything I can do. Can anyone help me? Thank you!

Just to be sure, does your new payment card meet these requirements? If so, try updating your payment info following these steps using an incognito window.
