Payment is already taken from paymaya but still shows i am not able to renew the premium subscrip

Hi there. My paymaya account has been charged PHP129, it has a Reference Number ***9837. But it still shows on my account that i was not able to renew my premium account

I also recieved this.

Hey @Leapaulette,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

But i was not able to recieve any reciept on my email unlike before. But
the money was taken out of the paymaya already.. 😞
Should i call paymaya instead? 😞

I called them, they advised me to get in touch with you. Here are the messages i recieved regarding this. Please see attachment.

Hey again @Leapaulette,

it looks like the payments were not going through because you didn't have enough balance to make the purchase.

If a payment was sucessful, you should see your receipt by logging in here. If the receipt was generated and the account is not Premium, please reinstall Spotify to see if that helps.

Did uninstall and reinstall spotify already

I recieved a rebate from paymaya for PHP100 last APRIL 4, 2018. 

 

Then after that, i put money on my card for PHP100 thru 7-eleven(a convinience store. Paymaya partner) last APRIL 6, 2018.

 

Therefore, i had PHP200.00 the time that spotify took the money out, APRIL 9, 2018.
