Payment method update every month

Payment method update every month

Hello ! 

 

Every month I receive a message that my payment has failed, I update my payment method for the exact same card and it works, but again the next month it fails, I update the card, etc... 

 

Can I do something about it? Thanks!

Hey @Melina18, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

To try and make sure this doesn't happen again, could you try updating your payment method using a different browser or incognito mode?

Let me know how this goes, and if it happens on your next billing date, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown and we'll look at this together 🙂
