Payment not working for premium

Hello,

 

I have a premium subscription for one or two years. I have changed my payment card one or two month ago, and I worked correctly (the money was taken, and I had my premium account).

For the payment of end of January, the payment is not working anymore. I have also tried with my old card, it does not work neither. I thus conclude that the payment issue is not linked to my bank account, but on spotify's side.

 

Can you solve it ?
