My Question or Issue

I was on a Premium Individual account but recently joined a Family Account. I would like to know if I will still be charged for my Premium Account or do I need to manually cancel it somewhere?

Hey @A_maysim 

 

Normally, you don't need to cancel your individual Premium. Once you join a Family Premium plan, your remaining time in your individual Premium will 'freeze' and will become available once you're out of the Family Premium.
