My Question or Issue

hi, I head subscribed for a discounted Spotify premium account on my iPhone. This phone is damaged and has been out of use. I've looked on my bank account a charge of £9.99. Is there any way this fee can be waived?

Just to confirm, you'd want a refund for the 9.99 charge for Regular Premium, because you're on Premium for Family?

As i Said i would have cancelled earlier but with my phone being damaged I couldn't. So yes please, a refund would me much appreciated.

In regards to you not being able to cancel your subscription, you can do this by:

When you cancel, you can still use your Premium content, until the subscription end date. Learn more about canceling your subscription here.

 

In regards to getting a refund, I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify via the contact form. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.
