My Question or Issue

My balance has been deducted 129 thb for premium package on 1 july 2019 but today I got an e-mail that my payment was failed and if I don't change my payment method I will lose my premium status.

About your issue, I suggest that you contact the Customer Support to get help on it. Just go on there and answer the questions that best explain your issue and then tap "I still need help".
