Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you're account was reverted to free in less than a month after your payment, it might be that the payment was taken with a delay and was covering an earlier period of your subscription (in your case that could be January 10 - February 10).

 

Alternatively, the payment might've been returned by your bank, in which case you can expect to see a refund to your account in the following days.

 

In any case, please check back with your bank and if everything is correct on their end. If yes, please reach out 

to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.
