Payment successful, but still free account

Hi everyone,

Two days ago I upgraded my account choosing spotify for students. 

My bank shows the payment went successfully, but my account is still free, I didn't receive the e-mail confirming my upgrade.

I tryied to disconnect and reconnect my account, but nothing changes.

I don't have any other account.

Can you help me?

When you sign up to our student discount, your bank / credit card company places a temporary authorization on the funds while Spotify confirms that you’re a student. At this point, no money has actually been taken, although the amount might show as deducted from your overall balance. This is known as a pending charge.

If Spotify is unable to verify your eligibility, the pending charge will be automatically cancelled and the funds will reappear on your statement.

Spotify uses SheerID to verify your student credentials.
