My Question or Issue

I completed the payment for 1 month student premium via UPI method and the UPI app showed successful transaction and money has been deducted from my bank account but the Spotify payment gateway page showed error and the account overview in the app is not showing premium access.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this.

 

If you got an error, but you're seeing a charge on your account, then it's most likely a pending charge. You can read more about these in this thread.

 

In any case, we suggest you give it another go, but this time try opening the payment page in another browser or in an incognito window. You can also try from another device.

 

If that doesn't work, could you send us a screenshot of the error you're getting?
