I already made a payment for premium today, just an hour before coz I am really excited to use Spotify., I paid using reference number that Spotify  provided but until now its not working. I have reference number. 

 

I hope i could get a response as soon as possible.

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll gladly help you out.

 

These third party payments through Dragon Pay, could take up to 48 hours to go through. By then, your Spotify subscription should start and you'll be able to use Premium without any trouble.

 

Since 48 hours have already passed, if you still don't have access to Premium, we suggest trying to reinstall the app.

 

If after reinstalling, you still don't have access to the Premium benefits, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.

 

They'll take a closer look at your account to let you know how to go about it.

I'm having the same problem. I paid last Thursday, November 2 but until now my subscription status is free. I tried to reinstall the app and still not working. Please help.
