My Question or Issue

It won't accept my card. About a week ago I didn't have enough money to pay for Premium so I let it run out and now it won't let me get Premium back. I called my cards customer service and they said nothing was wrong with the card and I have plenty of money to pay for Premium now. I've tried everything except changing my payment method because this is my only card I am willing to use.

It'll be great if you could send a screenshot of the error you're getting.

In the mean while, try proccessing the payment through another web page or an incognito page as it tends to do the trick.
