I already pay at the bank, but I can't download music. Why?

Sorry to hear this. Could you take a look here and let me know what it says (free or premium)?

Also, can you let me know if you received any email confirmation from Spotify for the charges? You may need to check your 'junk' folder also.

 

If you did not get any email then it is likely that your payment is in 'pending' with your bank, and as such will be returned to you in the next few days.
