My Question or Issue

Payment is unsuccesful. Spotify keeps saying that my payment is unsuccesful, those my credit card has enough fund and still valid. I used to have premium account for students but there's a problem with the recent credit card that I used so payment couldn't renewed that time. Now I'm trying to use another credit card for renew my student premium. But spotify keeps saying that payment unsuccessful.
