My Question or Issue

Hello, my name is Berin. As far as I know I have one account, but when I check my payments from my bank, since march 2020, spotify takes twice of the actual monthly payment. I spoke with my bank and they say we have nothing to do. it is a payment order and you pay it, you should talk with spotify. every month the installment has been paid in 11th of the month. but since march 2020, spotify also receive installments every 20th also..can you help me what is all about?

We charge each Premium plan once per month, but keep in mind that sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have two or more Premium accounts. We suggest you head to this help page and check the steps for finding other accounts.

 

If you find another Premium account, follow these steps to cancel. In case you can’t access the account, get in touch here by choosing Subscription > Other > I STILL NEED HELP.
