Hello there,
I cancelled my spotify subscription two weeks ago on Sunday March 26th and I was still charged for this months subscription which begins on April 12th. I had went through the whole forum to cancel it by selecting my reason why and continuing to click cancel my subscription. I was sure that I had cancelled it and deleted the spotify app on my phone. I was hoping you could help me with this.

Hey @caitlyn1234,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

If I subscribe Spotify Premium today, 13th, I would be charged for a month, but is it until the end of this month, or 30 days from the date of subscribtion?

30 days from the date of the subscription start date.
