I have just set up a Spotify account with uni days but have been charged twice at the price of 4.99 please help

Hey @Tylerjf98

 

No matter if student verification was successful or failed, a temporary charge goes through. These are only temporary charges on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount and you should only have to pay it once.

hi i try to pay my  family count but i can`t because i have a new credit card and i have already call my bank but they said that i have any problem with mi card  and probably i need to change my information . I try to change it but i can`t  please help me !!! i sent you an e mail yesterday but you didnรฌt answer .

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

 

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.
