This offer is valid for new Spotify users who have never tried Premium. Is this your case?

If so, try again, this time using different browsers in your computer. Don't forget to clear cache/cookies before 🙂

When we subscribe to Premium, we receive an e-mail from Spotify with the purchase receipt. If you did, you might have more than one Spotify account. 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
