  • hello, I am trying to get a subscription started and every time I enter a card it says payment failed. I called the banks got that all sorted and everything is good. I have used a variety of different cards and still says payment failed.  Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do to make it work?

Welcome to the community!

First up, I'd recommend taking a look at the payment troubleshooting support article.

 

If that doesn't help, let's try subscribing to Premium using an incognito window, another browser, and another device. If you're still experiencing issues, try subscribing using a different internet connection.
