Payments but no premium?

Payments but no premium?

I have two spotify account, both of which are now on free, I tend to swap them around when certain deals come on. For some reason, neither are working but payment came on a few days ago? I'm trying to match the details with my accounts to my emails but this is somewhat difficult as nothing is matching up. Is there an easier way to contact spotify, i.e email?

I suggest you contact support so they take a look at your account and help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
