Payments to Spotify keep coming out of my account.

Hi,

Payments to Spotify continue to come out of my credit card, (29th of each month) even though I have a free subscription. At some stage I had a Facebook linked account but that is closed. Also, my son used my credit card for a while for his premium account but has since canceled that.

I have been unable to find an account that is not a free account.

How do I get Spotify to stop charging me for premium when I am unsure of what account the credit card is ascociated with?

First make sure to cancel any subscription that is active and you don't want to use anymore.

In addition, you can also follow the steps in case you need support to help you with it.

Unfortunately I have already tried that. I have also looked on facebook, and I see that I have a removed Spotify App. I tried using Facebook to login, but I only see a free account. Is there somewhere I can enter the details from the credit card transaction to get Spotify to cancel this payment?
