My Question or Issue

Paypal has charged my credit card twice this month. Been on this plan for a couple of months now without any issues, but this month they've charged me twice. Both charges also have a different description. When I log into Paypal I see only 1 transaction.

One f the charged only says PAYPAL*SPOTIFY. Not even a ID number.

It sounds like you might have a second Spotify account. We'd suggest checking these steps to see if you've created another account that could be charged for Premium.    

 

You can also click here and go to Receipts. There you can find all successful payments you've processed to Spotify.
