Paypal Gifts - Postal Code?

The other day, I received a code to a year of Spotify Premium through PayPal Gifts. 

I got my code and tried to enter it at Spotify.com/redeem, but another field "Postal Code" is confusing. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to enter. I've done the zip code that I'm from, but it says "Something went wrong."

Could you try redeeming your Gift Card here, using a different browser? You can enter the postal code of the area you live in currently. A private/incognito window will work too.

Anyway, it didn't work. I followed the instructions and put my ZIP code, but this happened.
