Paysafe card paying option not showing

Hello, so i have this one problem... I can´t pay with paysafecard, simply the website is not giving me the option to pay with psc, i was discussing about the psc payment option with my friend so he sent me a screenshot of the spotify website that he had three payment options (PSC, Credit card and PayPal) but i only had two (Credit card and PayPal) and also his link said ".../purchase/panel/#__main-select" but when i put that link in it transforms into "/purchase/panel/#__familyplan-billing-stored-details" Just look at the screenshots. So how can fix this problem?
