Pelo app continuo ouvindo propaganda mesmo pagando o premium.

Troquei a assinatura do premium normal para o universitário, e desde então aparecem propagandas como se não fosse premium. Só acontece isso no app, pois já testei no computador e não acontece.

I hope you don't mind me replying in English, since it's the official language in the Community. It sounds like you may have accidentally created a secondary account and are logged into that one in your mobile app. I'd recommend you try logging out and logging in with other email addresses you own. If you can't remember which address you used for your account, check out this article for more help.
