My Question or Issue

The registration for my personal premium account discontinued after the subscription for family premium expires. Is that what supposed to happen? Is should end on july of this year.

Are you saying that your Premium and Premium for Family were running at the same time?

Technically, yes. But the subscription time or the expiration date is
different. The premium for family should end on the 22nd of april. And the
premium for my personal account should end on july. Any idea what happened?

Any updates on this? Or this is just how Spotify customer service works?

Could you try finding your account using this support article so that you can find your other Premium account, which should be still active if you've paid for Premium until July (you should be able to check this on the account overview page here once you've logged into the right account)?

Hi @Billy-j, sadly this didn't work. I can still access my personal account however its no longer premium. Which shouldn't happen. As i said, my premium account should last until july of this year.
