I’ve been paying £9.99 a month through my bank account but I’ve just found out that Spotify is also charging my mobile phone contract?? I’ve ONLY been useing Spotify via WiFi!! Can anyone explain plz.. Annie

From what it seems, you might have created two accounts.
One with you external mobile phone company and another on a different device which could explain the two charges.
As a first step and to make sure you do not have more than one account, please use this help guide to track accounts listed with you details.
In addition, adding this help articles that might shed some more light on extra charges + the Spotify refund policy in case you want to reach support for more info on the issue you're having.
