Hola, soy el administrador de un plan familiar, ya envie las invitaciones pero no pueden activar elñ premium, ya cerraron sesion, la volvieron a iniciar y no les permite, que puedo hacer?

Can you give us more info on what happens when they try joining your plan? Do they have any trouble joining using an incognito window?

Hey, thanks for the answer, i dont mind speak in english, so, when they are trying to accept the invitation i sent them, a window appers telling them that it is an error, so they cant accept, what can we do?
