My Question or Issue

 Hello, I used to be a Premium account member and have paid the price for the full year but I have switched to a Premium for Family plan. Does this mean I have doubled up my payment? Or is it going to only charge me the extra payment?

Hello @Daineyy!

 

Your Premium for Family subscription will be added and the payment will be done in your next payment date. That means you still can enjoy your year of Premium and then, you'll get the Premium for Family.

Yay thaaanks! Wait, does that mean it's not going to double up but will
just add the extra? Sorry, I'm still confused! Cause I already paid my
whole year of Premium! And I don't want to pay another $22 every month as
well.

Hello, when you join a family plam, you won't have to cancel any subscription. The payment will be automatically done by the family manager. However, if you already paid for a year of Premium and now want to join a Family plan, you can't ask for a refund of your extra Premium. Instead, it will be converted into Premium for Family time, that means you won't have to pay for your Premium for Family until a your year of Premium has finished.
