Suddenly plan changed from premium to free despite paying monthly fee. How to restore?

Thanks. I reached out to the support guys and they fixed the problem. I had forgotten my premium account uses another e-mail account than my default. Turned out there still was an old ‘Free’ account active and somehow Spotify switched from my premium to free.
