My Question or Issue

My plan changed from Student Premium to Premium without my awareness. As far as I'm aware I was not informed my plan would change--is there anything I can do about being charged £10 more than I was expecting this month (£4.99 --> £14.99)? Is there a way I can actually contact a support assistant? 

 

As soon as I realised, I've changed the plan to simply Premium without headspace, bringing it back down to £9.99, however despite still being a student I am past the 4yr cutoff for student renewals.
