My Question or Issue

As the title says. The only question I have is if I do before my the a week before they auto renewal what happens? Does the day when the auto renewal change also?

Thanks for confirming!

When you upgrade to Premium for Family, you should be able to use it immediately. Your billing date will be brought forward because of the price differences, so yes your billing date will be changed and you will have a new billing date (usually a few days earlier than your current billing date).

To best answer your question - can you let me know if you're upgrading from Premium to Premium for Family? If that's not right, please tell me what plan are you upgrading from so I can help further.

yes thats the plan. currently i'm on Premium and want to go to Premium for Family.

 

I have about 10 days before auto renewal and I'm wondering what happens if I upgrade before it. does it change my renewal date? Does it prorate it say a few dollars but keeps the same day when I signed up.
