Playing Spotify in my restraunt

I have opened a user and use it to play music in my restruant. I live in Israel and from here I know that there are issues with the royalties to the artists representive community. How do I make sure that I'm not breaking the law?

Using Spotify in a place of business or restaurant is not allowed.
