Playlists are gone since upgrading to Family plan

Hey Guys,

I have recently upgraded my account to the family plan (I was on premium for years, then downgraded to free option as I was given a 6mth trial from Deezer Premium (which is terrible BTW). I had a heap of playlists saved on my Spotify account that i've built up over the years. And then, the moment I upgraded to the family plan, all of my saved music appears to have disappeared.

Does anyone know what may have happened? Or how I can get all of my saved playlists/music back? The thoughts of building my library back up makes me consider reactivating Deezer (I used Spotizr when I emmigrated to Deezer to import my playlists, so this seems to be the only way I can listen to my music again)

Can anyone please advise on how I can get my music library back?

Hey @robbiekane,

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

You can recover your playlists by accessing "Recover playlists" section on your profile. Use this link to access the page.

Have a great day.

Hi there, apologies for the delay! When I visit this link, it tells me there are no deleted playlists to recover.

Do you have any other ideas?

Many thanks!

Robbie
