My Question or Issue


A while ago I set up a reccurring payment for spotify premium through my Playstation account. All went well until this month when even though the payment was completet successfully, I have a message in the spotify app which says that the payment failed and my premium membership is inactive. I would like to get in contact with a spotify support representative in order to resolve this issue. I can provide the receipt for the Premium subscription purchased through PSN.
