Please Help - Redeemed Spotify Gift Card for Premium still says Free

Hello...I just redeemed a spotify gift card for 30 dollars for Premium, but my account still says free.  I have unistalled the mobile app and the app on Windows 10 and signed back in.  Both devices are still showing the account as Free.  Have followed the troubleshooting instructions several times with no luck.

Is there something else I need to do to get my account upgraded to Premium?

As @user-removed asked, can you use the Premium features such as downloading music and ad-free listening? It's possible that you have 2 accounts, and are logged in on the account page with a Free account while having another, Premium one. We suggest that you go through all the steps here, and especially check to see if you have any other accounts. 

Also, just to be sure, try redeeming the code again while logged in on the right account here. Make sure to use an incognito window.
