Thank you for reaching out! I hope you don't mind us replying in English.

You can check the status of your subscription by visiting your account overview page.
In case the subscription is cancelled but you're still getting charged, you may have a second account with a running subscription on it as well.

As we cannot view your accounts from the Community, should you need any additional assistance with clarifying what has happened with that payment, you can reach out to our support folks who will gladly take a look!
And, as far as our refund policy goes, please view this support page over here and the T&C linked in there for additional info 🙂
